Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 19,246 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM172A, PJA2, and MSH3. Each is linked with RNF14 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF14-to-partner and partner-to-RNF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF14 versus FAM172A in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.87.
RNA expression associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
