RNF14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,637 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF14-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SCAMP1, KIAA1191, and HSPA4. Each is linked with RNF14 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF14-to-partner and partner-to-RNF14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF14 versus SCAMP1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
