Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF14 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,001 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERGIC1, YIPF5, and TIGD6. Each is linked with RNF14 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF14-to-partner and partner-to-RNF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF14 versus ERGIC1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.51.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
