Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF14-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASB17, IL3, and OR10K1. Each is linked with RNF14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF14-to-partner and partner-to-RNF14 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASB17 grouped by RNF14-low versus RNF14-high in LUNG_SCLC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF14→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
