Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNF138P1 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNF138P1 expression is associated with patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNF138P1 is differentially expressed in 11, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNF138P1 RNA expression shows 13,920 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in SARC. Together, these results highlight LUAD, THCA, and SARC as cancer lineages where RNF138P1 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
