RNF135

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF135 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,188 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF135-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HSP90B1, HSPA5, and MANF. Each is linked with RNF135 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF135-to-partner and partner-to-RNF135 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF135 versus HSP90B1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF135→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF135) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
