RNF135

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF135 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,264 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF135-associated genes across cancer lineages are LRRC43, RNU6-210P, and ZNF792. Each is linked with RNF135 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF135-to-partner and partner-to-RNF135 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LRRC43 grouped by RNF135-low versus RNF135-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF135→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF135) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
