RNF135

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF135 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 146 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF135-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLHL2, BCAS2, and ZNF639. Each is linked with RNF135 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF135-to-partner and partner-to-RNF135 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLHL2 grouped by RNF135-low versus RNF135-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF135→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF135) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
