The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher RNF133 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF133 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
THYM, PRAD, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNF133 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
