Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF133 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF133-associated genes across cancer lineages are R3HDML, NANOG, and CCDC182. Each is linked with RNF133 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF133-to-partner and partner-to-RNF133 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF133→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF133) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
