Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF130 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF130 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher RNF130 Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF130 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
ACC, LUAD, and READ are the cancer types where RNF130 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
