Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF13 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF13 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNF13 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
UCEC and SKCM are the cancer types where RNF13 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
