Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF13 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 4 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF13 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNF13 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF13 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and HNSC are the cancer types where RNF13 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
