RNF13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF13 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 781 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are TRAJ28, RN7SL654P, and LINC01943. Each is linked with RNF13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF13-to-partner and partner-to-RNF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TRAJ28 grouped by RNF13-low versus RNF13-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
