Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,168 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Thymidine biosynthetic process, 2'-deoxyribonucleoside biosynthetic process, and Pyrimidine deoxyribonucleoside biosynthetic process. Each is linked with RNF13 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF13-to-partner and partner-to-RNF13 results are reported.
