RNF13

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF13 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,086 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF13-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAP2K7, DGKD, and DPEP1. Each is linked with RNF13 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF13-to-partner and partner-to-RNF13 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAP2K7 grouped by RNF13-low versus RNF13-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF13→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF13) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
