The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher RNF123 Mutation is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF123 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCEC show a favorable association.
UCEC, SKCM, and DLBC are the cancer types where RNF123 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
