Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF123 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,787 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF123-associated genes across cancer lineages are FUT10, RPL23AP82, and CDCA2. Each is linked with RNF123 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF123-to-partner and partner-to-RNF123 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FUT10 grouped by RNF123-low versus RNF123-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF123→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF123) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
