The most reproducible RNF123-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of autophagosome maturation, Viral translational termination-reinitiation, and Nucleic acid catabolic process. Each is linked with RNF123 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF123-to-partner and partner-to-RNF123 results are reported.
