RNF121

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF121 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,888 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF121-associated proteins across cancer lineages are NUMA1, INPPL1, and FAM168A. Each is linked with RNF121 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF121-to-partner and partner-to-RNF121 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF121 versus NUMA1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF121→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF121) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
