RNF121

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF121 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF121-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-275P, E2F6P1, and MIR4769. Each is linked with RNF121 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF121-to-partner and partner-to-RNF121 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-275P grouped by RNF121-low versus RNF121-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF121→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF121) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
