Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF121 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,961 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF121-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuole organization, Protein-containing complex disassembly, and Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport. Each is linked with RNF121 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF121-to-partner and partner-to-RNF121 results are reported.
