Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF114 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF114-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and JNK_pT183_Y185. Each is linked with RNF114 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF114-to-partner and partner-to-RNF114 results are reported.
