Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF113A mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF113A data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher RNF113A mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF113A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PDAC and LUAD show a favorable association.

HNSC, PDAC, and LUAD are the cancer types where RNF113A mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
