Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF113A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 6,228 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNF113A-associated genes across cancer lineages are MCTS1, STAG2, and PQBP1. Each is linked with RNF113A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF113A-to-partner and partner-to-RNF113A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF113A versus MCTS1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF113A→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF113A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
