RNF111

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNF111 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF111-associated genes across cancer lineages are AGXT2, XAGE5, and LIPG. Each is linked with RNF111 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF111-to-partner and partner-to-RNF111 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AGXT2 grouped by RNF111-low versus RNF111-high in OESOPHAGUS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF111→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF111) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
