Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNF11 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNF11 data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in lymphoid neoplasm diffuse large b-cell lymphoma (DLBC), where higher RNF11 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNF11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
DLBC, ESCA, and UCEC are the cancer types where RNF11 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
