RNF11

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,656 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MACF1, DNM1, and RRP8. Each is linked with RNF11 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF11-to-partner and partner-to-RNF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF11 versus MACF1 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
