RNF11

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF11 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,965 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAAH, SNCA, and SGSM1. Each is linked with RNF11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF11-to-partner and partner-to-RNF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNF11 versus FAAH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
