RNF11

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNF11 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,200 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNF11-associated genes across cancer lineages are CISD3, RDM1, and IGLV2-8. Each is linked with RNF11 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNF11-to-partner and partner-to-RNF11 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CISD3 grouped by RNF11-low versus RNF11-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNF11→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNF11) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
