RND3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RND3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,495 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RND3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CD109, PLOD1, and APOL1. Each is linked with RND3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RND3-to-partner and partner-to-RND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RND3 versus CD109 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
