Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, RND3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,628 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPP1R15A, KRT17, and CAV1. Each is linked with RND3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RND3-to-partner and partner-to-RND3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RND3 versus PPP1R15A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
