RND3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RND3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,817 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL134P, RN7SL97P, and NF1P10. Each is linked with RND3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RND3-to-partner and partner-to-RND3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL134P grouped by RND3-low versus RND3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RND3→partner) and Y-score (partner→RND3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
