Across TCGA patient cohorts, RND3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 39 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RND3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Rictor_pT1135, and Cyclin-E2. Each is linked with RND3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RND3-to-partner and partner-to-RND3 results are reported.
