Across TCGA cell cohorts, RND2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RND2-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, DYNAP, and CCL18. Each is linked with RND2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RND2-to-partner and partner-to-RND2 results are reported.
