RNASEL

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEL RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,987 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEL-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNPEP, BPNT1, and UBR5. Each is linked with RNASEL in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEL-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASEL versus RNPEP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
