RNASEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,804 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-383P, HMGN1P32, and DDX11-AS1. Each is linked with RNASEL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEL-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-383P grouped by RNASEL-low versus RNASEL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
