Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, p90 RSK, and TFRC. Each is linked with RNASEL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEL-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEL results are reported.
