Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASEL RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,715 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEL-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Macroautophagy, Endosome organization, and Vacuolar transport. Each is linked with RNASEL in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEL-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEL results are reported.
