RNASEL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASEL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 332 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF735, CSTL1, and NEUROG1. Each is linked with RNASEL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEL-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF735 grouped by RNASEL-low versus RNASEL-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEL→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
