Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, RNASEK Mutation is linked to patient survival in 1 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated RNASEK data layer compared with 22 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in sarcoma (SARC), where higher RNASEK Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNASEK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
SARC are the cancer types where RNASEK Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
