The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher RNASEK mass-spec protein is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated RNASEK expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV show a favorable association.
OV are the cancer types where RNASEK mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
