RNASEK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,576 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEK-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLPP7, MAZ, and HNRNPUL1. Each is linked with RNASEK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEK-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEK→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
