Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASEK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,180 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Polyamine acetylation, Spermidine acetylation, and scaRNA localization to Cajal body. Each is linked with RNASEK in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEK-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEK results are reported.
