Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASEH2C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,950 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEH2C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Centrosome duplication, Microtubule organizing center organization, and Meiotic cell cycle. Each is linked with RNASEH2C in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH2C-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH2C results are reported.
