RNASEH2B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASEH2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,536 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASEH2B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RNASEH2A, RNASEH2C, and ARHGEF7. Each is linked with RNASEH2B in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH2B-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH2B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASEH2B versus RNASEH2A in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEH2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEH2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
