Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASEH2B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,799 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASEH2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Sister chromatid biorientation, Protein localization to chromosome, centromeric region, and Positive regulation of metaphase/anaphase transition of cell cycle. Each is linked with RNASEH2B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH2B-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Sister chromatid biorientation grouped by RNASEH2B-low versus RNASEH2B-high in LUNG_SCLC.
