Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, RNASEH2B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,810 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible RNASEH2B-associated genes across cancer lineages are AADAT, CD44, and PIKFYVE. Each is linked with RNASEH2B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH2B-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH2B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, RNASEH2B versus AADAT in BLOOD_Leukemia, with a Pearson correlation of -0.89.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASEH2B→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASEH2B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
