The most reproducible RNASEH2B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Maintenance of unfolded protein, Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Positive regulation of mRNA catabolic process. Each is linked with RNASEH2B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASEH2B-to-partner and partner-to-RNASEH2B results are reported.
