RNASE9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, RNASE9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 6,136 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible RNASE9-associated proteins across cancer lineages are COL1A2, COL5A2, and P4HA2. Each is linked with RNASE9 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both RNASE9-to-partner and partner-to-RNASE9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (RNASE9→partner) and Y-score (partner→RNASE9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
